NTS-Leader is Russia’s leading independent service company in oilfield tubulars repair and oil recovery enhancement.

The company develops and manufactures equipment complexes for tubing repair using a unique process to increase the tube’s operating life many times over.

Over the years, the company has manufactured and commissioned 17 automated stationary and mobile plants for diagnosis and restoration of oilfield tubulars, which have already repaired more than 10 million tubing pieces.

At present, the total production capacity of NTS’s complexes exceeds 2 million tubes аnnually.

NTS-Leader’s tubing repair facilities are concentrated in West Siberia and Tatarstan. The company is currently involved in projects to deploy oilfield tubulars repair facilities in East Siberia and oil-producing CIS countries. NTS’ head office is located in the city of Moscow.

The company has developed new processes and offers services in diagnosis, restoration, and reinforcement of drillpipes and drilling equipment at the wellsite as well as high-performance modern methods of diagnosing infield and trunk pipelines and oil pumping/storage tanks.

NTS-Leader offers associated tubing repair services such as tubulars delivery, storage and loading/offloading, production of tubing string components, tubing tracking, reinforcement of tubing threaded connections, tube body reinforcement in the tong grip area, casing inspection, etc.

One independent line of business of NTS-Leader is wave-pulsed treatment of oil and gas formations to increase the injectivity of injector wells by 3–5 times and enhance productivity in producer wells.

More than 200 wells have undergone wave-pulsed treatment.
